Keep Your Pet Healthy

Vaccinations are meant to protect your pets, the animals your pet comes in contact with and you. A sick dog or cat can pass diseases to other pets in the neighborhood, and in some serious cases (such as rabies), a disease could make your pet lash out at you.

Dogs must have the following vaccinations:

  • Canine parvovirus
  • Canine distemper
  • Rabies
  • Canine hepatitis

Other vaccines may be helpful: ask us when you come in what your dog should get. Cats need:

  • Feline distemper
  • Feline herpes virus type
  • Feline calicivirus
  • Rabies

Again, some cats may need other vaccines, depending on their circumstances. Additionally, many of these vaccines do not protect pets for their entire lifetime—you’ll need to come in annually for booster shots.
